Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return postage costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the item cost.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our support team immediately. To facilitate the refund process, we will request pictures and proof of the defect or damage. If we determine that the claim is justified, we will issue a full refund and request that you return the item to us.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will promptly investigate the issue with the shipping company and keep you informed throughout the process. 

- If the shipping company provides proof of delivery, we will close the case.
- If the shipping company cannot provide proof of delivery, we will pursue the matter with them and issue a refund to you.
